Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly in advance, via Paddle (card) or NOWPayments (crypto) — see Pricing. We don't refund the portion of a billing period you've already been charged for and used. You can cancel a subscription at any time from Pricing; cancelling stops the next scheduled charge, but doesn't refund the current paid period — the plan stays active until that period ends.

Top-up videos

Top-up videos are a one-time purchase on top of a subscription (see Pricing). Once generation has started or a purchased top-up video has been used, it's non-refundable. If something has gone wrong with a top-up purchase, contact us — see below — and we'll look at the specific case.
