Terms of Service
Effective date: October 13, 2026 · Last updated: October 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Studio at getaistudio.co and its Telegram bot (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by an individual based in Ukraine ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. The Service
AI Studio creates short vertical videos (YouTube Shorts) for a channel you own: topic research, script, voiceover, video assembly and a quality check. If you connect your YouTube channel, the Service uploads the videos you created in AI Studio to that channel — as private drafts by default — and lets you approve, schedule, retitle or delete those videos, post your pinned comment on them, and see their analytics in your dashboard. Nothing is made public on your channel without your approval, unless you turn on automatic publishing yourself.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- Sign-in is provided by Clerk. Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Give accurate information and keep your contact email up to date.
- One person or business may hold several channels in one account; don't share an account between unrelated people.
3. YouTube and other platforms
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel or using any YouTube feature of the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You may connect only channels you own or are authorized to manage. You can revoke the Service's access at any time with the Disconnect button in your dashboard or at Google security settings. The same applies to any other platform you connect (for example, TikTok or Meta): their own terms and community guidelines apply to your use of them.
4. Your content and your responsibility
- You keep all rights to the videos, scripts and other content created for you in the Service ("Your Content"). You give us a limited licence to process, store and upload Your Content only as needed to provide the Service to you.
- You are responsible for Your Content and for everything you approve for publishing. You confirm that you have all rights needed for any material you add (text, links, voice samples, images, video) and that Your Content doesn't infringe anyone's rights or break any law.
- You must follow YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and monetization policies (and those of any other platform you publish to) for everything published to your channel.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- send spam, mass-publish repetitive or misleading content, or manipulate views, likes, comments, subscribers or any other metric (including fake engagement or engagement exchanges);
- break the rules of YouTube or any other platform, or evade their enforcement (for example, by re-uploading content they removed);
- publish illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or deceptive content, content that impersonates real people, or content that infringes copyright or trademarks;
- attack, overload, reverse engineer or get unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data, or resell the Service without our written permission.
6. AI-generated content
Scripts, voiceovers, images and parts of videos are generated by AI models. AI output can be inaccurate, repetitive or similar to content generated for others. Review every video before you approve it. Where a platform requires it, you are responsible for disclosing altered or synthetic content — for example, YouTube's "altered or synthetic content" label for realistic AI-generated media. We may add such labels or disclosures to uploads by default where the platform provides a way to do so.
7. Plans, payment and refunds
Plans, prices and usage limits are listed on Pricing. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (cryptocurrency payments and Telegram Stars); we don't receive or store your full card or wallet details. Paid plans renew for the period shown at checkout unless cancelled. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Network fees and exchange-rate differences of crypto payments are not refundable by us.
8. Availability and changes to the Service
The Service depends on third-party services (YouTube, AI model providers, hosting) that can be unavailable, rate-limited or changed without notice. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid plans.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee any number of views, subscribers, revenue, or that your channel will be approved for monetization.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or channel standing (including strikes, demonetization or termination by a platform). Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms or the rules of a connected platform, or if required by law. When your account ends, we revoke and delete stored platform tokens and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Videos already published to your channel stay on your channel.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim there.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Copyright / DMCA
You are responsible for the rights to everything you upload to the Service and to every video you ask the Service to cut or repurpose: use only your own material or material you have written permission to use. If you believe content handled through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to planwet1988@gmail.com (the contact from our Privacy Policy) identifying the work, the material you claim infringes it (with a link), your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We remove or disable access to infringing material and block the accounts of repeat infringers.
